And Miguel Martin is interested in more than just the latest vintages: his particular focus is depth of range, which means featuring entire collections from a single vineyard. The wine list is particularly strong on wines from Burgundy; it’s an eldorado for connoisseurs and the perfect place for pinot noir beginners to take their first sips. Wine-tasting evenings, hosted by top winemakers from Germany and abroad, have long been a regular feature of the restaurant’s repertoire.
